That's actually by The Sound System who were Owen Grays backing band at the time. It also appears on the Trojan LP Millie & Her Boyfriends, again credited to Jackie & Millie but it's the instrumental version. I'm sure there is a vocal but I've never had it, if there is, it'll be by the Sound System. I've got a copy of the inst for sale but it's really knackered!
