I was in the HSBC today when on the radio they announced next up would be Frank Wilson. I listened eagerly expecting to hear some gushing 20 something witter on about ISA's, Pensions and secure homes for my money, only to be greated by "Do I love you" :lol:

I did complain to the customer liaison officer (or whatever they're called), and she said "Oh yeah I've heard this before".

I am now seriously considering moving to Nat West?
