Can anyone out there tell me the difference in duration between the 7" and 12" copies of this record?

A seller on Gemm has a Canadian 12" copy with a length of 4.53, from memory the 7" is quite long too. I tried to look on my Ipod, but I haven't burned it yet , why not.... If nobody posts up a reply before I get home from work, I'll have a look tonight.

Surely longer the better on this tune.

The U.S. 7" is timed at 4mins. 24secs. in which case slightly shorter than the 12".

I am pretty sure I have the 7 and 12 and home Gareth so will try and remember to play them both tonight.

Yes, I can confirm the 12" is 4mim 53s.

Just realised I never got back, cant find the 7", can only assume in a very rare moment of genourisity have given that away as had the 12", let me know if you want a soundclip of 12" and I will see if can get this infernal USB turntable working!
