Anyone have any info on this funky New Orleans groover, price etc

Believe it's quite a hard little record to pick up, but in VG+ condition

Anyone know it at all tumbleweed3.gif

I know its been played by Mr Finewine on his Downtown Soulville show on WFMU and that Fayard was a drummer/percussionist and the track was arranged by Allen Toussaint but thats as much as I can find
