Bit of a lazy answer but Dave Rimmer lent it us for the last Rugby anniversary cd and the info off that was.

It's a start...

As above, but you have to be careful cos there are two different versions of Sadie, Sadie & you cant tell from the LP cover information whether your getting the better version or not, for the better version expect to pay around 150 - 200 UKP.
