Wanting: The Younghearts-A Little Togetherness on Canterbury

It's been a favorite track of mine for a long time and one of the songs that really got me into Northern Soul. Stock or Dj copy, it doesn't matter to me.

whats the difference between the releases - eg King of hearts on Zea / New younghearts etc

From what I know there are 3 different releases/represses 1 of which is a uk release(?).
