According to manships bootleg the original European is on a Black Negram on flexible vynil

& Dutch Decca With pic sleeve.

Was the Negram label also released in Holland with a pic sleeve?

The Decca Issue + Pic Cover is Belgium, The Negram Pic Cover is Dutch.
