Precisions On Atco

Can anyone enlighten me as to the whereabouts the following Precisions 45's was "conceived", its title is "Into my life" on Atco and is a Mival production written by Mike Valvano. I'd never heard it prior to obtaining a copy from Des Parker and albeit it isn't a "rare" 45 by any means it's not half bad :thumbup:
