Posted April 10, 200817 yr I am aware that The Chaumont's track "When you love someone" is available on the label Baysound. It was issued twice once as the B side with 'I need your love' on the A side. The other release was an A side with 'All of my life' on the B side. Which was the original release of "When you love someone"? Is either of these releases a boot by any chance? thanks, Andy
April 11, 200817 yr Just had a root around and dug some Chaumonts 45's out - scanned 'em below. The copy of "When you love somebody" has a release date of December 65 written on it. The flip is "All of my life" Hope this helps John
April 11, 200817 yr It also came out on Caravelle I Need Your Love and Love Is The Thing. Edited April 11, 200817 yr by Prophonics 2029

When You Love Someone/I Need Your Love WAS booted but it was white with blue lettering and NO ship logo with a raised ridge on the label. When You Love Someone/All Of My Life on Bay Sound was a genuine release. Same with the others. But the original release of I Need Your Love (on Bay Sound and the earlier rarer Caravelle for that matter) the flip was Love Is The Thing. Hope this helps.
