Can anyone give me any info on this tune, was it released on 45 or was it just an album track ??? and what label ?? thanks alot luv Di xxxx :rolleyes:biggrin.gif

It came out on the charly lp "rare soul uncovered vol 2" in the mid 80s - unreleased till that came out.

Also came out on a Charly Roscoe Shelton compilation "Strain On Your Heart", both of which were released in 1987.

There's every chance it's also out on a Japanese P-Vine LP as well, since a lot of the releases on Charly LPs were also issued in Japan on that label.

Unreleased Sound Stage 7 , First played by Guy 'God' Hennigan at Stafford although it came from Ady Croasdells tapes , It was featured in the film Blue Juice.

Via Charly (as in the record label/distributor) for sure, as I played through the SS7 master tapes...took pics of some of the boxes they were in too...nice! It was then put on an acetate for Guy before sticking it then got included on a few Charly album releases. (A few years later we also pressed him up some acetates of various Johnny Powers supplied tracks outta Detroit.)
