I thought it didn't come out on a 7" and was LP only.

It also came out on a boot 12" in the 80's.

No, the 45 really exists. I've seen it, since a friend of mine has it. Asking here, mainly because maybe somebody has a ready pic of it. There is one somewhere on a Japanese website, but I couldn't locate it at the moment.

Definately issued on a 45 - missed it on ebay a few times (seemed to go 'cheap' too...£50ish)

Not sure I ever saved a pic of it - if I did I'll post it up.
