not many seem to turn up for sale

also the supremes on pink striped motown i want a guy , i understand this was withdrawn any other info ?

Never seen one in the flesh! Was substituted for The Contours - Whole Lot Of Woman and they transferred the Supremes track to Tamla 54038 and released it February 1961.

Have you a scan? Have you the Deadwax details? It was reporo'd in the 80s if I remember correctly along with The Satintones and a few others.

If it's pukka I would rate it at around 4 figures dependent on condition. A great find.

Theres one on manships auction at the moment..

Never seen one in the flesh! Was substituted for The Contours - Whole Lot Of Woman and they transferred the Supremes track to Tamla 54038 and released it February 1961.

Have you a scan? Have you the Deadwax details? It was reporo'd in the 80s if I remember correctly along with The Satintones and a few others.

If it's pukka I would rate it at around 4 figures dependent on condition. A great find.

Think Supremes IWAG was promo only on Motown, and the "map" design as well!. as ya say Dave a Motown copy would be worth a four fig sum these days. (even if it is a crap version compared to the Brill Marvelettes, in me humblest ov corse! )

Yep, Marvelettes is THE version for me too. Supremes 1008 is certainly a hard item to find for sure, (I've never held one), DEFINITELY a striped 45 though (and a stock pink issue too!) I've never seen a MAP design 1008. Issue #3 of There's That Beat! features the entire Motown "pinks" and their variations. Unfortunately sold out now though.

its the pukka thing ,pink striped issue ....deadwax details are stamped arp {in a fancy font} scratched h620 1a then bell sound stamp and audio matrix stamp

its a bit rough but plays real nice
