May 24, 200816 yr Originals have a raised number under the label. Can be difficult to see. These numbers are on under other labels to, Salvador, Merben, Del-Val, Tyler, and more that I can not remember at the moment. Is it the pressing plant matrix? Most seem to be on Philly labels!
May 24, 200816 yr Author These numbers are on under other labels to, Salvador, Merben, Del-Val, Tyler, and more that I can not remember at the moment. Is it the pressing plant matrix? Most seem to be on Philly labels! We can't seem to pinpoint a definite reference to "Matrix" from a PRESSING PLANT. I originally wondered if it was some kind of part number from the stamper, leaving this raised stamp by default, from a stamped number depression. (Purely my own theory at the time, nothing to back it up) However It could well have been intentional, and used as a "Matrix" Edited May 24, 200816 yr by 45cellar
