they used to do a book one in the states you might find one on ebay dont know any wallet ones with zips

Hiya Neil, I've got a U.S book style one with index but only holds 12 x 45's, probably from early 1960's, PM me if any good.....best wilxy

They are pretty common here is Canada, I have a nice one with Saxes, Drums, Guitars etc on it. Like poster above says, they hols about 12 45's.
