Love this 45 Harry! I first heard this on a amazing tape off John Powney years ago. I always thought it was 'Little' Tony Clarke. Anyway.. great great 45. Have been a few through ebay over the last couple of years - various prices. No more than ton? Absolute storming track. His first 45?

Sold a mint one on ebay couple of months back....offered it for sale on here but had no interets in it at all. I couldn't get along with it at all, not sure why.

Thanks rich, i`m the same heard it on a tape ive had a few years, funny sometimes how the lesser priced ones are the hardest to get, been on my wants for about three years now, as you say great track

I suppose its a an acquired disc - I'm not sure that its really well known? I never saw any for a long time then a few crop up. Would have thought with more interest in uptempo R&B type discs this would have flown! Mad piano player!!! Anyone got a clip?

this doesn't turn up much, I'm pretty sure there was one on ebay in the last couple months though

Don't think it's that well known to be honest, I like a bit of up tempo R&B and although this seems to have the right ingredients I just never liked it....but I wouldn't be surprised if it did get picked up and played.

Coor blimey too many words in this for me, I like some of the backing but it sounds so white even Garage UK band. So its not the real Tony Clark is but Little Tony Clark.

Well it snot that I don't like words but in the right order.

Definitely one the last month (went for 35£ I think) and another recently, I've seen maybe 4-5 in the last 6-8 months?

I'm considering to buy a copy for myself, to be honest..

my copy does not say 'little tony clark', it says 'tony clarke'. the record is from detroit. it is "the" tony clarke.
