I think that happens when you mix up "." and ",". 2.00 and 2,00 are totally different ammounts on different ebay's. ebay.ca ebay.de ebay.co.uk ...

So maybe someone just mixed it up, like me when I once offered 100times more than I thought I was. I was lucky no one else did the same mistake, would have cost a fortune.
