Yes, it was pressed at the Monarch Recording pressing plant and that's what the MR in a circle stands for. Many styrene records came out of this pressing plant, both originals and boots. Luckily, the records were given a delta number which you find in the run out, it looks like a triangle followed by the number. Lots of pressings were done in the early to mid seventies and they are 'given' away by a higher delta number to that of their original sixties release.

The delta on this is 100226 - boot?

Careful with this one though, there's also a brilliant lookalike vinyl boot which is very rare, would pass off as an original except (like the monarch press) it has p.b. in the run off

I was at George's house in 1977, he was already deceased. His widow Edith sent me to a store in the worst possible part of Newark, NJ. I found everything on Smoke except this!

By December 1969, they were at 78959 so it must have been 2 or three years later.
