Help Identifying A 45 - Played @ Brighouse "find Me Somebody"

Played at Brighouse last night, really really great record, started off with piano then broke into a real uptempo track, Find me somebody was repeated a fair few times but i'm not sure this was the chorus because the backing singers didnt come in on it.

Any help would be great.
