One went on ebay a couple of weeks ago think it finished £35ish.

No it's not rare at all. Just because you haven't seen one for a while doesn't make it rare Billy. Copies may have dried up and are lying in collection but it ain't rare honest

£30-£40 seems about right as well although you could have probably got it for a tenner 2-3 years ago

Picked it up off the 'bay (oh dear) a few weeks ago for about 30 quid, on a German issue (?) in a pic bag.

Great record but it took me a while to get it.
