Hi,followed this thru E-bay other night.Plenty of bids on this superb sound.

Anyone shed any more light on this track?.Its got Tommy written in blue ink on the label.....Tommy Tate?

It's certainly not Tommy Tate, it's a British recording, I had a couple of these acetates from the Writers Workshop, one was by Biddu and one was by Carl Douglas, they were both terrible.

raised this issue last year heard this quite few times at Lifeline one of Mick H,s best discoverys he had the only known copy he told me but was aware there was a collector had the second ,a truley awsome tune,

the artist is unknown to this day

There's gonna be a fair few copies floating around in the next few weeks...

Bought this off paul malone about seven years ago the same time as i got the sonattas on hotline payed about 100 quid for both used to spin it at the capitol soul club.

greg got the sonattas in a swap and shifty bought the acetate off me.

ok bump into Mick.for more info on it,he claims the vocalist is Richard Hymms ,and he got it from a guy called Alan H.must be some relation ,
