Ian Levine was caught red handed At the same time he was sending legal threats to site He was caught out using his account on here to send pms to other members asking them to post links in an attempt to enflame a thread about his new cd release Given the sh**ty personal abuse and threats he has sent me since via pm and emails, and have appeared elsewhere was going to reply in kind However, on a bright and sunny september morning have come to the conclusion he's just not worth the time and effort His recent actions have just finally said what many have suspected all along After discussion with all the moderating team action has been decided His account has been suspended for the foreseeable future (eg will look at it in future if felt needed)

just a throwaway friday suggestion the thread rating is a member only, one vote, anonymous thing rate cd make it a 5 starrer dont rate it - call it a 1 starrer and all stops in between

if wanna pass on your view on cd but dont want the grief others have got in the past when doing so a suggestion is that can use the rate topic to pass on your view of this release its at top right under the "new topic"

if any member does have concerns about any post that they feel is "potentially libelous" and wish the site to take action then use the "report post" feature the mod team will then be aware of your concerns and can if felt needed take appropiate action thanks mike

as said not moving this thread to sales as feel it will just cause disruption to that forum in its current form closing thread Ian if you wish to pass on word on this in sales, by all means post up but ask that yourself and all members follow the normal sales forum guidelines

posted earlier ref this thread its an one one off thread imo if it was a bog standard "wants fullfilled" sales thread then it would have been moved to sales as soon as aware it wasnt imo and feel that there's been some interesting discussion points amongst the crap, be it 45 info, methods of selling 45s etc etc people are reading it and people are discussing some of the points as said imo it was a one off thread if it happens again then thats a different matter thats how called it Ken mike

if you wish to post about refunds and boycotts then please do it in a responsible style state the full background, eg whats happenend so far works better if tone down the language used espically with accusastions if a fresh poster also post up your own info this site does have certain legal responsibilities just the same as members have when posting if you dont do such when posting then there is a good chance the post will be removed
