Had a few queries about entry with this being last one of the year...we decided NOT to do tickets ...so its pay on the door....as usual. Oh and get there early for a comp CD 🙂

There's been a recent flurry of interest on social media on this our final event of 2021 Just wanna say the 'lads' have kept the bar high all year and will continue to on this our last event of 2021 Its all too easy to 'cheat' and play out records that everyone knows ALL night long...but its not really fair on the paying customer. They dont wanna keep turning up and hear these same records for ever...everyone deserves the variety ...as there is so much out there to go at !!!! Here at FTMNTC the lads will continue to dig an 'ickle bit deeper' to keep you interested and maintain that 'je ne sais quoi' we all look for Join us for the last event of 2021...with guest DJ Neil Toplis its a no cheating zone

Ticket sales are going well...this looks like being a storming night out try and get down to the club and get your tickets in advance.....just go up to the bar...and ask to buy tickets and they will sort you out ..dead easy !!

Definitely NOT to be missed..... combining a fab dancefloor with an awesome sound system playing an inspiring, adventurous and thought provoking playlist.......and YOU !! those who know the score...know the score about this place 'follow the music NOT the crowd..

FAQ's Can we just pay on the door ? ..I would think you can.... HOWEVER there is a 'big buzz' around this and its attracting a lot of interest. We went down to Knype club early doors just for a catch up with Angie....she'd sold 8 tickets last night !!!! at 7pm !! SO my advice would be try and get down to the club and get your tickets in advance.....just go up to the bar...and ask to buy tickets and they will sort you out ..dead easy !! I'm not sure on what the capacity is...but I'd hate people to miss out on a Boxing Day boogie !! if there was a chance they coulda got tickets beforehand Angie was saying yesterday evening....they are open ALL DAY on Boxing Day so I will announce how many tickets are left ,,,,enable folks to nip in and buy Also even though we're 'kicking off' at 7pm....early revellers can always grab a drink earlier whilst awaiting our opening Sorry for the 'War and Peace' lol ...but after missing out on stuff like this last year...i reckon we all deserve a BIG NIGHT OUT over chrimbo..

Two items of news for our upcoming Boxing Day Soul Spectacular at Knypersley Club First , sadly, our special guest DJ Pete 'Scoey' Schofield wont be able to appear on Boxing Day. Scoey is currently undergoing eye treatment at the hospital and is currently awaiting an operation. Unfortunately part of his pre op schedule covers the Xmas period. I'm sure you'll all join me in wishing 'Scoey' all the best and a speedy recovery **Get well soon Scoey ** !!!!!!!!! and we'll have you on for definite in 2022 !! So secondly we are extremely lucky at such short notice to have secured the services of....PHIL ANKERS as guest DJ on Boxing Day!! Phil of course has DJ'd at the massive Kings Hall Stoke and at the 'world famous' Blackpool Tower weekender.. ..but to many of us Phil is well known for his continuous support of the 'local' scene for many years....and has DJ'd all around North Staffordshire and beyond........ always being in demand So welcome Phil ..we look forward to welcoming you on the 26th A quick note ..Knypersley Club report brisk ticket sales...... !!!!!

Just to update ....Joining Geese and Jez on this one will be Kev John and a very special guest DJ ...Stoke on Trents very own Pete 'Scoey' Schofield Scoey is of course legendary around the North Staffordshire DJ circuit bringing you his famous 'Soul Music with a smile' and regular broadcasts on radio and many recent podcasts It really will be a 'Soul Spectacular' !!!!!

ust a few words of thanks for Saturday night... Record selectors...you all did a sterling job in keeping us 'aurally' enthralled (ooh matron) !! Simon and Amanda...DON'T put them records into storage,,,,we wanna hear some more and as soon as poss !!!!! .....top top stuff chaps !!!!!! Was it just me ...or did Saturday feel like a 'love in'?? ...there seemed a great spirit of friendliness that you lot created... with the common denominator being the music......THAT is why we ALL do it !!!! ...corny but true !!! Right in December we welcome Neil Topliss ....one of Doncasters finest purveyors of our pleasant 'ditties' The bar has been set and kept very high in October and November...its down to ALL of us to keep it there..... twas a pleasure to be in ya company

Once the venue car park is full..there is plenty of roadside parking outside the venue and surrounding roads Alternatively...there are 2 car parks approx 5 mins walk from the venue Antrobus Street, CW12 1HB West Street, CW12 1JR

Once upon a time in ......Swinton A tale of 3 ''Reallys'' Let me start off by saying I had a really really really good time at the Swinton Allnighter on Saturday night. This isn;t a ;biased; view of mine because I have a very small role in the big picture of things here at Swinton....in fact its a .;punters eye ' view on the night ...it really really really is Lets look at the Big Ballroom ....for years like many of you...I never knew this existed ...quite happily really really really enjoying the dark and atmospheric rooms at the 'top' Then when it was first unleashed....it had that WOW factor and on each of its subsequent outings...its been a really really reall WOW inducing allnighter....the magnificent international class Ballroom dancefloor ....the beautiful ornate decor exquisitely preserved....and natural big room acoustics..that lends itself so readily to our 'booming; sounds that we love. It could almost have really really really been purpose built for a Swinton Allnighter I'm sure all those involved with this Swinton Allnighter would really really really like to thanks all those that came and gave the old building a fantastic vibe and a really really really proper allnighter atmosphere The purveyors of the music really really really excelled....and that isn't just a bland,glib catch all.......its a really really really valid recognition that they ALL brought their' A' game to this nighter...an almost subconscious recognition that this is a 'special' space they are working in...and needs treating accordingly......no back room pub music...this is real deal playing to a room full of Allnighter cognoscenti from around the UK ..often referred to as 'children of the night'......a firm but fair response to the music is always assured at gatherings such as this...and this was of course no different Just a quick mention of 'record corner'.....the new layout really really really lends itself nicely to the important business of record sales/chat/discussion....I can see a thriving 'cottage industry' developing in this corner in the future ranging from the smaller 25 count boxes to the more ambitious sales set up Human nature dictates when something 'new' is presented to us we tend to makes sure we are happy in our 'space' and this was no exception...we soon found our allnighter space... and throughout the night... joined others in theirs......a really really really friendly gathering of clans was emerging and it was pleasing to see after the looong pandemic we have endured It was a pleasure to be in your company on Saturday night/Sunday morning it really really really was :_) Luckily enough there is MORE to come from this fabulous venue....much more in 2022 ..it really really really will be the 'hottest ticket in town'

Looking forward to the next instalment....apart from the sparkling wit and repartee of the people there....the music aint bad either !!

SMASHED through 3000 views over already !!!! Maybe an idea to get there as early as poss... could be a packer on the cards !!!! Dont forget we're in ONE BIG ROOM tonight....massive capacity though..... PLUS an International class dancefloor and the associated 'big room acoustics' so prevalent in these big old atmospheric dancing establishments from yesteryear Swinton's BACK WITH A BOOM !!! and ready to WOW you !!!!
