I would have to say no as well. Not only because the performances usually leave something to be desired (with of course notable exceptions). But you normally find you're 15-20 minutes with no music waiting for it to get going. By the way you should recall that at one of Edwins Wigan Shows his backing band were awesome, they grew up to be.....Rose Royce! Cheers Tony

OK it is NORTHERN SOUL, and I can deal with it. Yes, it is a handy monicker, and when you see a Northern night advertised you know why you're going,i.e. not for a battle, bonk & curry(although 2 out of 3 ain't bad ).
