  1. Soff Sump. By the way, anyone know where this record is from? Seems like it turns up in Michigan a lot.
  2. Looking for a copy of: The Falcons - Good Good Feeling (Big Wheel 1972) Would pay $300 for a VG+/VG++ copy or possibly some trades or trades + cash. Any playable condition will do. Please PM or e-mail nicksoule@live.com Thanks, Nick Soule
  3. That's probably my copy. Also in the standard VG- condition. For what it's worth, I've never seen another one.

  6. Looking for an original copy of: Melvin Davis - Find A Quiet Place / This Ain't The Way (Wheel City 1003) Thanks, Nick Soule
  7. Just found out that Gino Washington got the name confused, and that the actual singer on the Tomangoe's recordings is Dusty Williams not Dusty Wilson. I only had to move to Detroit to find that one out...

Seems a relative of the group posted some info on a youtube video of "I Feel Strange" along with maybe a picture? It's their profile/channel picture, so it's sort of small. Check the comments. Here:

https://www.popsike.com/NORTHERN-45AL-WILLIAMSI-AM-NOTHINGPALMER-BRAND-NEW/230449289530.html Same condition on Palmer for $1,000 less. Personally, I prefer "Brand New Love" to "I Am Nothing" The lyric about slaves in IAN is sort of off-putting.

    It has two cracks...
  14. John Manship sold a copy that played like that maybe 4 or 5 years ago. I remember reading the description and listening to the sound clip. But I think that each copy skips in a different spot.
  15. One of the sellers says it's a Detroit record. Is there any truth to that or is that just where it was pressed/found? There is also this version which credits Jaber Music on the flip side: https://www.ebay.com/itm/RAY-RICHARDS-minneaplis-minnesota-everywhere-i-go-7-Northern-Soul-R-B-Rocker-/310561056771?pt=Music_on_Vinyl&hash=item484ee1a803&nma=true&si=IpJ1IS7FOjcQ%252Fb2%252BO6ZcLazkVus%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557 I believe the Ray Richards and Rufus Lumley are the same song/recording?
  16. Still looking for this one. I've had 3 people contact me asking for trades, but I'm looking to buy. Any help appreciated.
  17. Seemed like there was one a week about 3 or 4 years ago. Still, it seems to turn up in Grand Rapids (in rough condition) more than Detroit. My copy was found in Minneapolis, and even stranger it's autographed by Jackey Beavers, but I supposed people do move.
  18. I didn't know that they made promos of this. Nice one.
  19. Still looking. Any help appreciated.
  20. The Dynasonics is the one I saw.
  21. Does anyone have all 7? Here's what I have: 1011 - The Superlatives - Do What You Want To Do/Forget About Tomorrow 1012 - Superlatives - Won't You Please (Be My Baby)/Don't Ever Leave Me 1013 - The Eldees - Don't Be Afraid To Love/You Broke My Heart 1014 - ??? 1015 - ??? 1016 - The Superlatives - I Don't Know How (To Say I Love You)/Lonely In A Crowd 1017 - The Superlatives - Don't Let True Love Die/She's My Wonder Woman I've seen and accidentally passed on one my/the missing numbers on a trip up to Detroit a few years ago. It was the same label design as the Eldees, and I think it was an instrumental. Also, I have a white demo copy of 1016. Do any other white demos of any release on this label exist? Thanks, Nick
  22. If you're thinking of the US, I'm pretty sure that dude already has a copy.
  23. Price includes shipping to anywhere in the world from the US. Payment via PayPal only. Please PM or e-mail nicksoule@live.com if interested in anything. For sale: JJ Barnes - Our Love Is In The Pocket c/w All Your Goodies Are Gone (Instrumental) (Revilot, pink issue) VG-, plays with some light crackle, but still enjoyable SOLD Thanks, Nick Soule
  24. Didn't see any difference in the deadwax of either my pink or green issues. Anyways, I prefer the sound quality on the westbound release with the different/better flip. Does a demo of the soulhawk release exist?
