And maybe what I really meant is the contempt comes from hearing dj's keep playing it when they could play another lesser played track! Just something fresher....

Killer uptempo funk soul 45 as played by Sadot and D Abbott. My last copy...... Last one was a shade better in vinyl condition and sold for £100 but as this one played great. Played junior mccants - boy needs a girl a few years back at a local do..... Not even a glimmer of a reaction. Sold a spare to a well known dj not so long back and everyone rushes up to the decks. Again too black in its soul content for some to entertain I reckon!!

Or not poppy enough.... Think sometimes some soul is too black for people. Heard little willie Johnson- loneliness played at rugby one night and two of us dancing. Best record of the night for me
