hi bob,read from an ebay sale on the net that the label is from penn.....the sweet 45 you have is a nice tune!!! ...really like the geno + heartbreakers just before...is that a spelling mistake...as it's GENO AND THE PHAROAHS on a youtube link but i can't make out the writing??? heard a really nice richard allen on that label too "you brought it on yourself"....a friend got one cheap a few years back on ebay cheers for your info franc

hi i didn't reply because you didn't make me an offer...and that's fine... i prefer offers for records from my collection and work from there but if you don't... that's fine too!!!.... but i don't see why people get upset by my methods and feel the need to post their anger....don't read my posts if they upset you so much!!!!..... i've sold about 40% of the records i've posted on peoples wants.....executive four, imperial cs, james lately, servicemen,anthony +delsonics, honey bees, out of sights,roy robets (tina) to name a few i don't think those collectors were upset by my methods....

dunno tone, maybe he moved it on ???...the pentagons had started to get regular plays out....only deal i've done with adey besides buying a copy of tnjs (newark) about the same time

hi steve, i've got to thank adey croasdell for my copy way back when.....wanted it for "which one am i".....swopped it for pentagons (sutter)......have only just played the flip after all these years and got all excited !!!!...ha ha !! i really ought to get out more !!!!!!

here's the flip for which i originally got it for....it has also been reissued by the numero group anyone know it this got put out on another label??

also came out on (penny) as norvells i see (googled it)...with the same credits as perfections(richard pegue)...talk about having a few rolls of the dice to see if they could make it a hit !!!

just flipped the perfections "which one am i" twinight....which is a great group ballad...and found this CORKER of a northern record....it had me skedaddling across me laminate floor !!!!!!... has this been played before or has it been recorded by another artist as it does sound very familiar???? tia franc

yes it was on " Madmen" in a bar scene with "don draper" + "roger sterling" (i think)....i remember thinking i know this track and then when i realised i was amazed that it featured in the show!!!...such an obscure track... maybe it had been on a cd in the USA????...i sold an ex+ to m- copy for £200 a year or two back on here when answering a "wants"
