The Funniest Thing
The Funniest thing that i have ever seen at a soul night was a few years back, when an elderly gent went down to do a back drop, but could not get up again, then two of his mates were trying to help him up, but seem to have a few problems lifting him

Trouble At Niters
IAN hmmm, not had any trouble at a niter but i remember being picked on by two 'blockheads' ??? on Crewe station, dec '79 (waiting for train change) with caveman Pete and a couple of other grantham lads. before we'd had chance to either stand and fight or leg it, a woman from further down the platform walked up and gave the trouble makers a right ear bashing . I also remember St Ives around the same time, some trouble kicking off on the dancefloor, a couple of brothers' local to me (mentioning no names ) taking on quite a few geezers and dropping em one at a time as they came at them. strangely enough a few yrs later i worked as an hgv driver with one of the bouncers from there and he remembered that occasion too.
