Dave it's probably waiting for you to wire up a couple more monitors so that it can open it all in one go As Russell said it is best to resize images before posting them on the net or emailing them, as they can be huge when they come off a digital camera these days, I always re-size mine to 1000 pixels on the longest edge and aim for 200 - 300kb, that way they are more manageable

We saw swifts today over the reservoir, pretty high up though ... either that or I was looking through my bins the wrong way

Wagtails are usually pretty tolerant of people, you should be able to get relatively close to them

Top left is a Pied Wagtail, to the right a Buzzard and below it a Sand Martin. The tiny Pied Wagtail had been mobbing the Buzzard ... a real David and Goliath moment being played out over the far shore of the reservoir

We have had our first Sand Martin on the 8th March

How about a Goldeneye doing it's Rabbit impersonation ... in the pouring rain

The weed dance ... a pair of Great Crested Grebes courting. They grab a piece of weed then present it to each other, they all do it when they are pairing up to mate ... what intrigues me is how did they learn to do it ... fascinating thing the natural world.

Here is a colourful one, a Japanese Green Pheasant ... with a limp, which I am sure he puts on to impress the ladies

They could be. Lapwing tend to fly in large flocks at times, might be them
