  5. Sorry, but here's another one that's been killed for me now. 'Er indoors says the Gospel Classics 'More Love' sounds like the theme tune of Steptoe & Son.
  6. Now that's funny. All my records have been ruined by my misses telling me that half of 'em are hers now. See you soon. ATB, Nelly
  7. Welcome aboard Paddy. The line-up's looking very tasty indeed now Are the shows going live or pre-recorded?? A mention of your new show has been added to the Starpoint Forum page under news & announcements.
  8. Anyone got one of these PIR 7" to sell? Cheers
  9. I played this on my show last week. Great LP that should set you back about £150-£200
  10. This was also done by Black Ivory on Today (same as Debbie Taylor) and by JJ Barnes on Perception.

I'll second that. Just go and see her. I think she's doing the Jazz Cafe again this year
  12. I've never really thought about this as rare to be honest, so it'd be interesting to see what others think. I have one as well.
  13. A lovely piece of Philly production that Terry Jones used to play at the Norfolk Village about 15 years ago.
  14. Is the Ben Moore on a 7"? I've only seen the LP. It's been played for a while at MonuMental - great record
  15. More info here Sebastian: https://www.soulwalking.co.uk/Double%20Exposure.html
  16. Can anyone help out with this? I've got 2 copies. One is on Coed by Joy-Tones with credits to Al Stewart & Tony Middleton. The other one (which sounds identical) is on Kapp by The Love Potion with credits to J. Elliot & Harry Dupree. This one has a stamp on it saying Feb 23 1969. Which one came first. Who did write it and is there any difference in rarity or price?? A tall order I know, but I'm sure someone has all the answers.
  17. Thanks for your quick answer. Didn't expect it to be that rare to be honest. I've got the LP as well, but was just curious about the 7". It was a car boot find anyway
  18. Anyone know the price of Carlos Malcolm - Bustin' outta the ghetto on 7" please? TIA

Having read alI this I find it rather depressing that apparently everyone knows but are saying nothing. I personally do not know and probably wouldn't if I was told. As fear of reprisals seem likely, wouldn't it make more sense to do maybe something like this: Everyone on this forum tells 10 other people via PM. If you receive a PM then do likewise. No one is a grass, but everyone knows who to avoid. If the person involved is sent to Coventry they might just avoid the scene completely and look elsewhere for their pickings.......Just an idea.
  20. Thanks Chalky...don't s'pose you know which one though do you?
  21. Thanks. What does that make mine then?? It's silver writing on black label. I can't find it right now so I'm unable to tell you what's in the run out groove. Anyone?
  22. Can someone please tell me what a boot/2nd issue should look like compared to a Champion original?? Thanks
  23. Barry Scruggs: Between £400 ish

Mid tempo always a winner for me. Especially this Bobby Wilburn track.
