Received Cliffs and Johnnys this morning...just playing Cliffs now and I played Tats Cd earlier...classy stuff as i would have expected from these two guys! Gonna give Johnnys and Emjay a spin next. Must say i have loved some of the presentation you guys have come up with. I really must learn how to do all that stuff before the next swap! Keep em coming... Chris. ps, anyone been keeping count? Wonder if the "Top UK DJ" has read any of the posts on here about his new find! In my experience most "Top UK DJs" with a few very notable exceptions dont have much in the way of taste anyway and just play what the others play or what some dealer tells them they "need" to have! You comin? ......... Nahh, I dont like the south mate....too spread out and they talk funny....prefer it up north. Sure you will have the best time with those guys in tow! I have`nt seen Kev Brisco since the days of Pitchers and Fish`s do in Melbourne....you should bring him to the Greyhounds with you in September. I`m off in a few weeks but for the first time its a "holiday" and I`m taking Helen with me...just a holiday though, new York, Niagra, Carolinas etc...but its just a holiday, no records......just a holiday.... Absolutely right guys...the idea is not to get them all within a week but for them to arrive over a month or even 6 weeks or so... AS LONG AS WE GET THEM ALL IN THE END!! LOl Chris

My Missus heard the new version on the radio the other week and loved it....i explained that the original was by Sir Bobby and put it on CD for her...and guess what? There is only one version she listens to now and it aint bloody Kelly! A girl with fine taste...guess thats why i married her.....! Chris

Tony, You and John seem to be having the same problem mate...or maybe i seem to be having the problem with you! I`ll PM them to you right now...and i`ll email them again... As a matter of interest do you and John receive my sales list? Just thinking that maybe it goes into your bulk/spam files? I dont know whats going on! The 79 was a nice knock these days...only get out about 4 or 5 times a year now, could`nt resist the real thing after playing Tiger Woods 08 on the Wii!!! Glad you are all enjoying the Cds.... Guys, Had a day off this today and after shooting a steady 79 this morning i have spent the afternoon catching up on the CDs...so far i have played Val, Bigray, John Mcrae and Hohn Reed. Every Cd so far is top quality, right in the theme and the spirit of the swap.....well done guys. I`ll get a listen to the others over the weekend, Cheers, Chris.

Worth one last look....

Mine will be in the mail tomorrow, first class of course so should be with you Friday... I found it a tough thread this time. I suppose because at one point i was in danger of doing a CD of "Classics" everyone knows...Instead i have broken it down, done ten tracks from some of my soul heros, some from the play box, some classics and finish with a couple of deepies...
