Well at least two of those you've listed have been bought by the same guy, who certainly has no problem in overbidding and paying toppermost of the toppermost cash for 45's. Others have speculated he's a millionaire....I for one, don't really care about his finances.....but if you've got the money and you want the tunes.....!
