    I picked one of these up recently, and I thoroughly recommend it for carry-on. https://www.reggaerecord.com/en/catalog/description.php?code=250846 Padded very well, and holds approx. 130 45's that are housed in thick cardboard sleeves....probably around 150/160 if your 45's are just in paper sleeves.
