  7. Bill Brooks - "Beautiful Brown" (Soulmine) VG to VG+ £75 Beautiful Brown (Soul Mine).mp3 - really nice crossover piece out of Ohio - some visible marks on the vinyl, nothing dramatic and a bit of WOL; plays nicely, hence grading - Bank transfer or Paypal; F&F or you cover my fees please
  8. The Montaines feat Vic Fontaine - "Baby What's Your Name" (Rotate WD) VG to VG+ £75 Baby What's Your Name_ (Rotate) 3.mp3 - not unknown, but still seems obscure; catchy uptempo pounding R&B style Northern with clear dancefloor potential; came out as the Shindigs on same label - some visible surface marks, nothing materially affecting play, plays EX; too good to grade VG, but maybe not quite good enough to grade VG+ - Bank transfer or Paypal; F&F or you cover my fees please; postage to be added.
  9. Well clearly not everyone out there is as intelligent and knowledgeable as you, are they Malcolm. Mind you, a lot of folk supposedly in the know got taken in by the Four Vandals, didn't they? If they're stupid enough not to realise what they're buying, then they deserve what they get when it comes to snides, bootlegs and other confidence trickery, right Malcolm? Nothing to do with the makers and peddlers of this scurrilous crap, eh?
  10. Assuming that he was a member (seems likely I would have thought)?) of The Dream Merchants (released on Jenges then Renee) / The Indelgents (Jenges), Harry Moon "Stop (You're Breaking My Heart)" on Sin.

  16. Feck!! That is awesome.
  17. Thanks guys. I have a Julmar copy anyway, which is why I was interested in the later Lundy version. The flip of the later Lundy is a blindingly superb gem anyway!! New to my ears. Many, many thanks fellas.
  18. Is there a soundfile of it anywhere?
  19. Ah!! I didn't know there was a later Lundy release.
  20. I don't think they are different recordings, but the Lundy copies are supposed to be a better press than the Julmar release. No idea which came first - possibly Lundy?
  21. I think it was! It was the shop just outside the Octagon centre but part of the same development, along that parade of shops next to the flyover leading to Oxford Street and Frogmoor. Is that where you meant?
