  6. Titles would be useful
  7. That’s as maybe but some titles would help the listing be more meaningful.
  8. I agree.
  9. One of the biggest irritations around. Merits negative feedback for sheer bloody rudeness.

  16. Ah ha!! That’s the ML c/u then. He’s been spinning that one for years too. Another absolute dynamite tune. Love it.
  17. All good here thanks Ezzie mate. Been missing you at GoGo Children niters. You’d like the new venue. Hope you’re well and hope to see you soon. I did indeed land that cracker in the end!
  18. It's a one-off Decca acetate - unknown artist, title "I Wanna Know" - which Butch has been playing for well over 20 years as Jean Carter. It's absolutely brilliant dancefloor dynamite, proper Northern Soul, old school, 100mph and atmospheric. It's not available on YouTube but it should be on this recording live from the 100 Club in 2001 - It's after Jesse James "Love Is Alright" (another one of his brilliant one-off discoveries) at 21 minutes in. If you don't feel it, you had to be there.
  19. Where's the listing?

  22. Ignore the Karen releases, get the one on Carla because it's got Jimmy's great version of "I've Been Fooled Before" on the flip. No idea whether Carla or Karen came first.
  23. Some reductions.
