no mate, sadly just a heliodor label sleeve (which is also quite rare on its own). both, vinyl and sleeve are mint, which again is also quite rare LOL ! where is it documented, do you happen to a have label discography ? I would love to see one. Marc

one of the rarest 7ts rare soul 45s yes, but all I have seen are white demos whereas I have yet to see an issue of this tune.

found what must be amongst the rarest Greman Soul 45s... a Marv Johnson on German Heliodor with cover. Never seen one before, as haven`t serious collectors of Heliodor..

Hiya Dave, might well be a scan of your copy. I have it in a file on my computer entitled "WD`s" . Might have have taken it off ebay or such place years ago. Hope you don`t mind. Same goes for Gwen Owens, mine is a issue. Another contender for a rare WD might also be Al Williams " I am Nth." L Beat. Sorry, I can`t scan mine but as its water damaged it aint completely white anymore anyway LOL. Marc

Yeah, you may have a point. I was taking the current economical situation into consdieration when I made up my mind about a possible current value...but any economic situation seldomly has had any impact on the high end items at all. So you may have a point indeed mate Marc

But then again he wouldn`t have had put the price tag of 2000 UKP on it, would he ? I still remember that posting on here by a known fellow soulie telling us that he just bought it though. I have no reason to doubt him. But having said that even more strange things have been made up in the past LOL ! Great record...used to be 3 K before it was uncovered , wasn`t it ? So I agree, around 2K these days I would have thought.
