The price of RP may have inflated owing to the fact that it was sampled by David Morales for the disco house track "Needing You" a few years back and all the sample chasers are now aware of it, case in point being "What About My Love" & The Shapeshifters.

Saw an Erect copy for £50 a few months back, but it's not that easy now so as Chalky suggests, it probably goes for a little more

Georgie Fame 'Daylight' Island Picked this up recently and it really is a rather excellent Modern soul dancer. A cover of a Bobby Womank tune (which I wasn't aware of before). Still a cheap and easy record to find, released on a UK Island 45 & a limited edition 12" as well which is the same length as the 45 I think. I'll add a soundclip if anyone is interested.
