First heard Steve G play this at 'Filthy' maybe 5 years ago, didnt know it, dont think anyone did at the time, it became my number one 'want'....luckily a couple of years ago it became mine & yes as mentioned its a keeper for sure, my copy aint in the best nick, but plays wonderfully for DJing & was courtesy of a very nice bloke in the UK, altho I think this was Dave T's original copy & went thru a couple of collectors before eventually being re homed in the Vickers vaults....fanatastic record & whilst known to some has an extremely bright future still.... There 'Storm Warning' outing aint to shabby either, altho in an entirely different vein & at present under loved & under valued IMHO. Russ

Most of us who danced to this & championed it initially have moved on.....tis a great record, but cost of the original, over finding something as good, but under the radar is a better proposition for me....any re issue legal or not will diminish its appeal anyway IMHO. Best Russ

I love me oldies as much as the next man (some), but I don't want to hear NS by numbers every time I go to a Nighter....I prefer a good mix of oldies, newies, rareities, 6ts, 7ts & beyond, stompers, mid tempo, Northern, Xover, Modern with a touch of the gritty soulful funkers thrown in, preferably in one room within the same DJ sets....clever imaginative DJ's can do this, the job of the DJ is not just to put records on.... I would never knowingly attend a Nighter where I wasn't guaranteed to hear something exciting that I didn't know...& I would be running to the dance floor to show appreciation if I wasn't already on there already. Lazy, boring DJ's playing the same records to the same punters week in week out isn't NS as I know it.... Best Russ

Arguably the best Rare Soul club on the planet, past, present & into the future very few places can come any where near it....it is f*ckin legendary...some of the negative comments are laughable, anyone who attends regularly knows the real deal & where its really 'at'...I'm very disappointed with the attitude of some people on here, people who I thought would know better.....this club has broken more previously unknown records than any club since Stafford & is still doing so to this day, its the only club in the world that creates its own oldies still & as for the dancefloor its one of the things that makes this fantastic Allnighter unique...I dance me funky fat ass off down there & have done since the 8ts, I have NEVER ever, found the dance floor a problem.... this club will go down in history as one of THE best ever... ere ya go one of the best unissued Rare Soul records in the world & 100 Club exclusive for more years than I care to remember.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JY2PV4v2OW0 Russ
