  1. Yeah thats the one I opened this topic about, first record, top of the page.
  2. Got another Curtis Davis record, Your Love And My Money / Somebody - Bev Mar Records. Comes from Pittsburgh PA but has a ZTSC number. Top side slightly funky sounds about 1968, B side quite a half decent deep type sound.

Phil Lowman is shocking, my Jerry Fuller is fine but most copies I get now seem to hiss!
  4. Bob I might have a few titles to put by you as I said I would. GIve me half an hour and I'll PM you.
  5. Good to see someone saying what they mean
  6. I reckon that's £100 too much! It's not and it's never been a rare record. Hard to find, but never rare. Last one I bought was £120. Sold that for £150 which I thought was fair.
  7. Proper price or daft auction price?
  8. Pete S replied to a post in a topic in Record Sales
Maybe it should say "vinyl mint, label vg+"
  9. Most Black Swans have red lettering Dave, that's all I can tell you
  10. Paul if you want this Jackie Edwards you can have it for £100, 01902 326306 or pm me, I would hate to have been thought of as reneging on a record. It's spotless mint as well.
  11. Er - because they saw the auction result and are greedy?

  13. Of course he's chancing it, he's trying to get £500 for a £25 record.
  14. If someone pays him the £500 he's not going to be bothered what people think
  15. Dahn Sarf somewhere. There's a classic British film where the action centres around the Ace Cafe in all it's original glory, watched it a few months back https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0057244/
  16. I think you'll find it's tongue in cheek Benji, at least he was laughing when he told me to have a look at it
  17. Not familiar with this at all, anyone know a price for THE DESIRES - BABY WE CAN MAKE IT / SMILE - TAMBOO 2004. I think it's a Chicago 45.

  20. Not necessarily, I'm seeing a load more on sunday...
  21. Yeah I think it means we play anything so long as it's not a cd.
  22. Blimey, let me know if there's any more UK's you need, soul or pop/beat, I've got 400 to get rid of!
  23. Yeah I think more maybe £30 but not much more, remember one record fair in Wolvo where there was a reggae stall and me and Rob Pheasant found about 5 copies of it on Beverlys in one go.
