A few reasons, mainly because I just don't like it - but mainly because of the awful vocals, both lead and backing, and I guess for what it stands for on the Northern Soul scene. I did used to like it a bit in the 70's though.

Same or more than the Aussie ones I'd say. Once saw a Metros - Since I Found My Baby on a NZ RCA 45

Info On Little Charles - I Got To Keep Moving Please?
Yeah fairly hard but is often hyped up to being harder than it actually is, if that makes sense! I've had four or five off ebay over the years.

Lovely place, borders Shropshire and Worcestershire and is separated from Wolverhampton and Dudley scum by green belt land

Funny though Ian, come on...it was only a wind up. The record was obviously broken when I got it. It backfired when I put it on the gas ring and set it on fire..- Sent To Wombourne

Tony you said: Interesting you say that pete as ive got a buyer for mine at 1600 quid , does that mean i should give him 800 back no, if you can sell it for 1600 then you'd be mad not to, all I'm saying is if you bought it off me you would be paying half that amount and you could spend 800 on something else.- List Now Suspended

Patsy - A Man Is Two Faced - Doctor Bird. This is of course the female version of Johnny Taylor's Blues In The Night and is really good and I know it's very rare - put it this way, I collected Doctor Bird for years and never got a sniff of this. Anyway I've got one now and am going to be selling it very soon so I was just wondering what sort of price it's been fetching in the real world? Two on popsike seem very low priced. https://www.soul-source.co.uk/rare-northern...ced-doctor-bird- Jackey Beavers On Revilot
Have to disagree there Mal, if it's the one I'm thinking of, it should never have been released, they don't know the lyrics and it's all over the place - unless thats a different take.- I Rate This As One Of The Rarest 45's I've Ever Had
