The album has the fabulous R&B dancer Gino Parks, for this i thankyou + Sammy Ward, Mable John & others. Any feedbacks on this would be much appreciated, cheers guys, Tanktop.

The record looks & the paper feels right for being a 60s release, you can usually tell if its a reissue or boot. Ive been buying northern for over 30yrs & this one has me stumped. I know this was never released mainstream in the 60s But could it be a slipup by bigtop records????

Can anyone help!!!! Ive just purchased a copy of lou johnson, the panic is on/what am i crying for on a yellow bigtop demo db105. As far as i know this was never issued or was it? The record definately looks like the real deal to me & would appreciate some feedback guys, cheers.

Hi sue, the best thing for you to do is go along to an established soulnite/niter & find out for yourself. Dont just study about it, get involved & live it. You will still find plenty of 70s fashion knocking around the dancefloor nowadays, especially with the young & upcoming soulsters. By the way, my 70s avirex bowling shirt is still up for grabs on general sales, nudge nudge wink wink, say nomore.

I moved from dundee to leeds to go live at my aunts & was frequently at this venue on the saturday sessions with a couple of my pals, dave tasker & mally.
