Phil, see above post. There are some awesome records played by Baggy DJs and obsessed about by Baggy fans. But that's not why a Baggy Northerner likes them. It's not about the records, as such, Baggy is a frame of mind, a way of life. They don't care abut the quality of the records, just that they are Baggy. Agree James. If you look closely Liam knocks POG over. Right on his arse. Just what he deserves if you ask me. 2 arses together! What really makes me smile, is how we just had a thread where people (stunt dancers!) were banging on about how it takes years to learn to dance to Northern Soul Thats obviously not the reply Liam gave to the POG show when they asked him to teach them...15 seconds of fame became 15 secs of shame for the young mercinary of soul....dread to think where the young guns (or is it puns!) will pop up next.... After the 'Duffy' video, they advertised their night with "featuring the dancers from the Duffy video". What now..."featuring the dancers from the Paul O'Grady show'. They certainly are a cool bunch of guys!

The MOST UNCOOL thing I have ever SCENE. Liam 'the jimmy cranky of dance' ski-ing in the snow with the ,'dads Army reserves' and not realising the viewers are laughing at them and not with them, See Jaime Winston try to run as L tries to get her to dance at the end...... one of the few times i have been absolutely shocked by something....lets hope the films as good

F--king embarrassing. Cannot believe the ones who mouth off on here about the scene and respect, soul etc, go and PARODY themselves on a shit show. What next Richard and Judy? Russ...jesus.....what a sad t--t! I doubt any of us imagined this wonderful tv tribute back in the day. Liam and the stunt dancers are the new 'Wigans Chosen Few'......its the future. A very warhol moment for ALL involved im sure.......few bits of silver thrown in too Sandy saying breaking came from Northern soul dancing!? What rubbish... Its like watching your grandparents going on about the war....sad, bad and absolutely f--king mad!...

The costume guy says it's a faithful reproduction of NS 1975 style, don't you believe him despite his very detailed description? Pete, id like to believe him. As I said my mate (copey) who knows his stuff, said that when he visited the set and pointed out the historical discrepencies, they didn't really care. SO, I will believe him until the film comes out and shows me different. He also said that there were lots of Baggy trousers floating around on set (no pun intended). Wigan 75 wasn't really dominated by the baggy trouser as I and others remember!?

Paul, thats Karen, she's nothing to do with Souled Out or Soul Source or anything, she's an enity on her own and I absolutely love her though a lot of people don't - says what she thinks, often gets in trouble for doing so but at least she sticks to her guns.
