I have JOHN BOWIE - I Never Felt So Lonely anyone know this. Its a big, moody beat ballad.- Offers Invited On This Xover Modern Piece
Yes, probably. But once again, i always sell for what its really worth. Was playing it for two years (was a big D.D.A sound) and a bit tired of it now! People dont generally even look in my sales box. They ALWAYS go big just after I sell them! HA!- Top Rarity Up For Sale Finishes Tonight 7.oclock

OH NO! What an incredible soul singer and a great guy too. Im very sad about that. He was SO nice to me in Seattle..singing 'Happy Birthday' and chatting....I hope he has a speedy recovery..A truly unique and exceptional talent!- Dancers On You Tube
Really like the tune! John Clarkes in there and Brian Walkers son , I think? Yes, its same old same old, but its not bad, i think.- Offers Invited On This Xover Modern Piece

Well, the quality of sound would be a reason for me (take the boot of Frankie Crocker for instance!). Mind you, the sound systems are so bad at most venues, i guess it makes little difference.- Soul Night Disgrace
TOTALLY agree. Its down to the promoters to sort out proper dj's. Im all for taking the arm of the record if i come acrooss it...DIRECT ACTION...Ha! Personally, i CAN tell the difference in quality when a lot of boots are played! Can someone pm me and tell me who it was, so i can avoid their Sh--te event and attitude? cheers- Wants: Splendors, Betty Moorer, Winfield Parker

got both. might have a spare musicor. can look next week. used to play the gate one at aqua bar. both good.- Dance Competitions

I get the point your making. I myself can only dance to tunes i like...and i dance for myself, so a competition would be a giant "NO"! Which begs the question: why were you dancing to that shite if it did'n't move you or inspire you? Unless old Frank Wilson does it for you?- Wanted - Lee Brackett
Two good sides. Prefer 'Ruby' myself. Goes for around £100 i think.- Betty Brooks......funky Funky
Yes, true...whats it go for? Dont really see that much either.- Betty Brooks......funky Funky
You'll be lucky now JM sold one for £480. Karl Rhodes used to play it at CIS and Wolverhampton a couple of years ago!- Wanted
I have one id sell. Whats it go for now?- Reminder Bbc4 9.10 Pm
RUSS has always promoted the 'rose tinted view'...He knows what went on, but chooses to lie about it (see his book!). I guess, in his world of self promotion and trying to get WIGAN CAFE etc opened, he figures he had better tell porky's and re-write history, in order to get support from the council.- Dance Competitions
I mentioned the jazzdances on a thread previously.....IDJ, Brothers in Jazz, Floor technicians...great dancers and it was a serious dance scene. I used to go to Dingwalls and the Blue note etc in thelate 80's early 90's. They actually dance TO the music...unlike the lot in the Blackpool comp! Dance Competitions on the Northern scene should be stopped now...very, very sad to watch! As for the music, very, very sad to hear!ha! - Dianne Elliott When He Speaks
