  6. Hi codfromderby the Jean Carn tracks from the "Sweet And Wonderful" LP. Don't know if its a 45. Its not listed in her discography in "In The Basement" no 27. I heard her 45 of "My Love Don"t Come Easy" was a hard one to get. Cheers Paul
  7. Hi Garth, the ones in Berwick St came to England via Amsterdam. The dealer who bought them from the states told me they were bankrupt stock from a distributer in New Jersey. In all there were between 60 to 70 thousand and I got to go through them all..... twice! The secound time was a labour of love sorting them to be sold on. Thats why I know the Berwick St ones were those, the boxes had my writing on them. An awful lot of multi copies as you"d expect, I can remember 2/3000 copies of "I'll Always Love My Mama" and about the same of Billy Pauls "Let Em In". A good range age wise tho from Billy Pauls "Am I Black Enough For You" through to Shirley Jones solo 45's. Cheers Paul

My mate Curnow (Sidney Bridge on 'ere) wants to know if theres any venues darn sarf that play the tunes you've been listing on your E-mail list lately cos he's in Blighty (sarf east) for the next few weeks and would like to check 'em out. The tunes that is! All those lovely jazzy funky things that we've not heard but look really nice. Can you point him in the right direction? Nice list on here by the way, I'd be straight into my wallet but I'm off to the states in a couple of weeks so need to watch the pennies I'm sure you know what I mean.
