Posted a couple of versions of Funky Nassau up & was just wondering if someone out there can return the favour & post up an mp3 of the white label promo of this that came out about 12-18 months ago, better still sell me a copy. Not got much info on this exept it say's "Shout 002" on the label, was made in Europe & the b side is called "move bitch". Been played recently by Niel Rushton. Top tune Sean & Lotusland had totally forgotten about this. Must be 20+ years since i last heard this & now i guess it's another one on the shopping list.

Remembered what album called now, "I Remember!" what a nob Rest of the album didn't do too much for me, seemed like they tried to squeeze too much onto it, bout 18 tracks i think & it lost a bit production wise IMO.

Was going to put up the Chris Knight bootleg mix of Johnny Taylor's "What About My Love" but i think i'd end up getting tarred & feathered Maybe your'e right Soulsmith but i was into up-tempo northern many years ago (still am i guess) & think if your'e into 120 bpm stuff from the 60s ya gonna be into the same sort of tempo with 2k stuff. Lou Rawls featuring George Benson - You Can't Go Home Sounds better every time i play it, just grows & grows. Fairly common on Lou's At Last album on Bluenote but rarer than you think on a 7", only got released in Australia on capitol. If you see it just buy it, you won't be sorry...

Current big spin for me is Lou Rawls's "You Can't Go Home" off his At Last album that he recorded for Bluenote. Sorry to say the rest of the album is pretty poor by Lou's usual standards but worth the purchace price for You Can't Go Home. George Benson also features on the track so i can't understand why it don't get more plays, f#####g awesome track . If your'e really lucky you might just find it on a capitol 7" but it only got released in Australia for some strange reason
