  1. Back from post Soul Night D.J.ing / too much dancing and beer cobweb blower off dog walk, managed to get a few nice photos.
  2. A few from yesterdays dog walk, plenty of wild garlic about.

  4. One i took on grey miserable Monday afternoon, it was a bit dark so I lightened it up with Windows photo viewer, thought it had a nice look to it.
  5. Wheatear, Best photo I could manage before my dog Nell started barking and scared it off (I think it's the first time I've seen one. Then Nell dragged this out of a hedge bottom, thought she was running about with a length of cable till I caught up with her (looks like it had been there a while).

Thanks Steve, i have proper feeders up in my garden, i took this on a walk i go on with the dogs, somebody fills the trees(at the end of the walk near a pond) every week with a mixture of peanut,fatball and seed feeders. These netted fatballs were new this week, (so i assume a different person had put these up)i will pass on your tip if i see them , cheers.
  8. A couple from the last lot of snow we had, and a couple from the sunshine over the last couple of days. (Rain our whippet posing on the garden).
  9. Cheers Martyn that looks brilliant now. I never get round to faffing with my camera properly, usually point, click and hope for the best (got the dogs dragging me about usually lol). Great advice, going to have a full day faffing when I get time, don't even know what half the settings on the camera are for .
  10. Took through my back window (quality not brilliant) about 10 minutes ago, male Sparrowhawk (eating one of Martyn's Tree sparrows ?), was then joined by the female, but she flew off before I could take another photo.
  11. Fieldfares in next doors tree, kestrel and Nell in the snow again.

  17. Bo the Chihuahua is 2, Rain the Whippet is 4 and a half and Nell is about 4 months now and has quadrupled in size since that photo (i'll have to try and get some more photos taken).

  19. Thanks Pete, They're a handful at times but well worth it. In fact Nell is driving me mad with a squeaky toy as i type this lol
