1983/84..heard a young evertonian named andy cc (name changed!) went wondering off alone on the white city looking for new garments to wear,saw a lacoste tshirt hanging up drying on the balcony and snatched it,off he ran into the crowds...now the owner of the tshirt managed to catch a glimpse of a half everton/celtic bobble hat outside his front door,fuming he rounded up all his brothers and sisters declaring war on the visiting away fans..never let a scouse near your house were the cries,war was declared all thanks to a young......andy cc. Joking aside Darren,these were rough times not just in west london but all over the country,football violence was part n parcel of growing up with your mates,most have grown out of it but a few still are active,i truly believe soul music brings this great country together,and not dividing it like football,most of my mates are now northern ..years ago would of been enemys..soul the savour..north and south united in one room,singing ,dancing n cryin along to a belting,beautiful 6ts tune..gets no better than that mate. ave it!!
