Yes very sad news indeed. Real shock to read about Jerry passing away in the Times yesterday, excellant article on Jerries career particualry his early song writing days, writing under the pseudomyms "Norman Margulies" and "Norman Meade" didn't know that. Also the reason the Loraine Ellison "Stay With Me" recording was so heavily orchestrated like a Phil Spector "Wall of Sound" production was that the orchestra was booked for Frank Sinatra who cancelled.Great insight into a genius and fantastic tunes that have been with us most of our lives. RIP Jerry

My guess it's some knobhead who's read the words "The Complete" and complained to Amazon it's not got "Young Hearts Run Free" or "Upper Hand" on it. The fact it say's "The Complete Fame Records Masters" would be lost on 'em. ---------- Edited to say Amazon had put the item on hold awaiting review as they'd had a complaint from a buyer who received the item and the content wasn't as described. It looks like it's been sorted as everything now seems to be hunky dory.

As with all pontins weekenders they dont do passes only im afraid.We have spoken to em about it but ,have had no joy so far.
