  7. So that would be a don't know then
  8. Pete, same way as some of us can't understand why you hate The Carstairs ....it takes all sorts. I agree with Paul, Surrounded By A Ray Of Sunshine, is bloody awful, but if you take it for what it is then it could have been a passable Eurovision entry
  9. Just putting some albums on digital and noticed that the liner notes on the Best of The Fantastic Four, Soul album mentions..."I can't help smiling when they sing "Where Do I Go From Here"....which isn't on the album Has the reviewer, Reggie Goodwin, got his Ric-Tics mixed up and confused Al Kent with the Fantastic Four, or was he sent a promotional copy of the album, which included a version by them ? Anyone know if an unreleased version exists
  10. Amen to that Only divs take dancing lessons

It's a bootleg, and as far as I'm aware not on any other format.
  13. Get real - Northern Soul dance classes are as naff as Northern Soul earrings, clocks, birthdays cards, and all the rest of the bandwagon jumping that goes on in the pursuit of a fast buck. Kim in baggies - you obviously don't know him He's got a great CV though
  14. The flip of Gerald Trotter sounds much better, they must have figured out the recording equipment in between takes, because it's absolutely awesome
  15. No, the much better flip is though
  16. Yep, I've got a white demo, you don't see too many around but they're out there.
  17. Never seen one Don't believe UK Buddah ever put out white DJ copys, either on paper or interpressed labels
  18. Oh my God Extra bouncers on the doors at Silk this weekend Mind you, I can think of a few people that could use some lessons
  19. PM'd you
  20. Thanks for checking Paul, the flip is "Running Wild", and yep it's on green Smoke.
  21. Yeah, you're right, though much improved on the (Daptone) LP
  22. That's so typically selfish of you ....and you didn't know it when Phil played it
  23. Cheers Adam - I've got t'other one......it's a tune ain't it You're right, it shouldn't be hard to find....I just want one soon
  24. Looking for this soulful little Smoke number - PM me with price and condition
