Got it for the 'Your love can save me' track. Thought this was the only way to get it, but I saw on a write up yesterday that is was promo'd on a 'Tamla' 4 track EP too. Never seen one and apparently very scarce. Here's a video with the EP in question. Anyone ever seen one?

So that would indicate that the lack of 'PB' on these doesn't necessarily mean that it's not a boot? Making it even harder to distinguish the original copies from the legit ones. Just as an update, the auction has ended now with no buyer by the looks.

I have had the same problems, many of the tracks you need to listen to on the bay, you click and nothing happens, so usually have to search for a sound clip elsewhere. What I normally do is just stick a link on to a Youtube link of the same track, or if there isn't one, Soundcloud or self hosting is the answer. Doesn't help the fact that many people are being ripped off for divshare though, not what you'd expect from having to pay £60 for it.

Thanks, as I said I wasn't sure and wanted the enquirer to wait for more info. As they say live and learn! :-) Here's a teaser then. I paid approx' £15 for this on ebay about 3 years ago. It has the matrix number 'PR 256' scratched into the dead wax, but no 'PB' anywhere and no scratched out marks? was I lucky to get an original cheap, or is this a boot?.

Strange that Pete? You are allowed 2 hours of music for free on soundcloud. I have a free account and have had 2 full 1 hour mixes up there. You need to delete stuff to put other stuff up if you have reached your 'allowed' minutes. As suggested, hosting space is a good idea and can be very cheap. I have an account with 'One.com' it costs me approx' £9 per year, and I have had it for 5 years and still haven't used up the allowed space. I don't cane it like, I just put a few tunes and pics on there if I need to.

As far as I know this has never been booted. I have the same copy, but I don't think it's worth as much as that is priced at. I may be wrong though so I would wait for others to answer before you take any intended action. Steve

best thing to do if that's not working is to upload the clip to say Soundcloud?, and paste the link into the ebay listing. It may not show as a player, but it will take potential customers to the sound file.

Might be wrong here, so shoot me if I am , but if the record was recorded at an earlier date than the re-release in 1971, they may have kept the matrix number from the original release for the Mojo release?

I used to get all the Italian releases of this ilk sent from the record companies when I was a House DJ. Got some brilliant stuff, but not this one unfortunately. It wouldn't at all suprise me that Ian Dewhirst may have a copy??

That's nice, not seen one before on Jamaican release. Not sure of the price though as it's a bit of an unknown entity. At a guestimate, depending on the condition from say £45 (G) to £130 (Mint). Like I say, just a guestimate though. I take it that the side you have uploaded is the 'B' side as on the UK presses? If it is, what is the 'A' on your copy? be interested to know??
