  1. Absolutly correct in your opinion, but wasn`t there also an earlier made up thing, the words were based around a guy in prison, think if i remember rightly it was on a made up musicor label

  3. yeh can see a couple of lads from my home town of york, one of them dropped out after wigan, and has just returned will be seeing him at our do boxing night so i`ll take him a copy

    Good idea joan, think that would work myself, to me playlists give people who are thinking of travelling to a venue for the first time give a good insight into what style of music there likely to hear

Remember the emi discs baz, think alan rhodes may have had a few of them i had a four track one with yvonne vernee,cheryl ann,belmonts, billy arnell, like a 12" thing got it from julie dobbs from northallerton, anyone remember her? there was a booth on york station were you could get discs cut at one time

  16. i would think so andy, just can`t remember it being played, i bought it on recomendation off tony very cheap back then, but as i said allways seemed too fast, but then again thinking of things like tee fletcher, micky roberts etc not really great record i love it

  19. and ive heard a lot of people saying the good days at wigan had gone by 77, i can`t comment on that as i wasn`t there, and of course it must have been one hell of a time listening to some of the earlier stuff for the first time, but as ive posted earlier how anyone can say the casino died after 77 with a list of records like that is beyond me, and thats just richards playlist, weve not mentioned pats, gary rushbrook etc of course this is just an opinion and each to there own of course
